The Customer service advisor is rude and has very poor customers services skills. My wife witnessed her giving customer false information and then heard her telling another employee on what she had done. customers services skills. She does not know enough about vehicles and has a hard time explaining repairs properly. She tried to sell me parts for my vehicle that I did not needed for the repairs. I was told the part were a special order. They had the parts needed to fix my vehicle the entire time; she just ordered other parts that were not needed. I called the Services Manger “Rob” and left a message on his voice mail but received no reply. I will be telling all my friends, co-worker and family members about this incident. I will encourage them not to ever buy or get their vehicles serviced vehicle at this dealership. More
I was charged 110 dollars to be told that to change the part of my car seat would be $1,000.00. I had no explanation, no options of what to do. nothing.
