I've been dealing with John for five years. I have always received great and fair service from him. I have the repairs done at the dealer because I feel like I am treated fairly and I have confidence that th received great and fair service from him. I will most likely buy another Maxima, and I would only look at another dealer to compare prices. If EGN wasn't competitive, I would buy elsewhere, but I would bring it to John for service for sure. I took my car in for an oil change at the quick lube. I was greeted immediately and the car was taken in for service. The staff behind the counter in the waiting room was very friendly and ensured I was co was greeted immediately and the car was taken in for service. The dealership overall does a good job with servicing my vehicle. Sometimes I think it can take longer than it should for a simple oil change.
