Very pleased with the outcome of my Nissan Altima service. The Service rep Cruz really went out of her way to make sure I received the best service for my car. I bought my GTR from Khan Ho. Khan was very friendly and helpful. I even received gifts from the dealership as well as from Khan for purchasing the car. I had one problem with the car after taking delivery and called the "client relation manager" who was surprisingly not helpful and actually hung up the phone on me. However, John Driebe the owner was very accomodating and helpful. John Driebe actually cared about his customers and helped me find a solution to my problem. When I brought my car in for service, John Brooks, the GTR service adviser, was very helpful. He was easy to get a hold of for any question that I may have. I called him on his cell phone on his day off and surprisingly he answered the phone! The gentleman who helped me with a loaner car was also very friendly (sorry that I forgot his name). Overall, I am very satisfied with this dealership and would recommend it highly. The only thing that needs to be changed is to have a more friendly and understanding "client relation manager." More

I am satisfied with the customer service part of the visit. What I am not happy about is the actual work performed on the vehicle.
