Cruz was also very helpful assisting me with a parts issue. She went out of her way and worked with one of the mechanics to provide me the requested parts information. Leo was able to resolve a very complex wiring problem and several fuel pump related issues on my 1990 300ZX.. He is truly an outstanding mechanic with many years of experience and excellent mechanical skills. The entire Nissan team was truly outstanding! The teamwork, customer focus, and highly knowledgeable staff exceeded my expectations. I was 110% satisfied with my service visit. More
I always have peace of mind going to the EG Nissan service center, every time I pull up for drop off, I am always greeted by someone and only get fast prompt service during checking in. I had to visit twice within two weeks to install parts, and on both occasions I was assigned to Dave, he was always courteous, cheerful, and great at explaining everything to me and what needed to be done. I parked my car and was directed to a waiting room & was ignored for 30 minutes. I was only finally acknowledged when I got up to leave the service department. I ONLY schedule my repairs/maintenance when I know Cruz is working. She has awesome customer service skills and explains things to me so that I can understand. She even carries on a conversation with me everytime I see her. I feel like Cruz genuinely cares for me as her customer and makes sure me and all her other customers leaving feeling satisfied. She made our service easy, explained everything in detail what is being done to our car and what made need service in the near future. We recently (1/30/13) had some major work done on our Altima and she once again explained what needs to be repaired with detail print outs of the problem along with telling my husband and I in person exactly what happened to our car. Cruz is always a constant professional, very pleasant and contacts us immediatley. I purchased a new 2005 Murano at this dealership and have had it serviced, regularly since. Service has been expensive and a few things needed replacing that I did not think should have gone bad on a new car had it serviced, regularly since. Service has been expensive and a few things needed replacing that I did not think should have gone bad on a new car, such as replacing the engine mounts after less than 100,000 miles. However, I could live with all of that. But, how in the xxxx does a 2005 vehicle with 178,000 mile on it, need a new engine. About 6-9 months ago after a routine maintenance, we noticed an oil leak on our diveway. We took the vehicle in for inspection and were told "opps" sorry, mechanic forgot to tighten "something" when it was in last. Down 2-3 quarts of oil. Put new oil in, no charge. Well, a month ago we were in again for a routine maintenance call and we were told that 1) we needed a new cataletic(sp)/ converter for $2500 and oh, by the way we saw metal shavings in your oil and if you want us to check out the engine that will be $400. I spent the $400 and had the engine checked out. They tell me I need a new engine in a vehicle I had in for regular service. I truly believe the mechanics either did something wrong or didn't do something they shoud have done, for this to happen. I am in the market for two new vehicles, and I have always loved Nissan's, however, I will never buy another one again. More
