A very happy and satisfied customer I walked into the dealership and was immediately welcomed by the receptionist.I told her that i was looking to purchase a car that day.she immediately I walked into the dealership and was immediately welcomed by the receptionist.I told her that i was looking to purchase a car that day.she immediately got Anthony Ibarra to help me. I was very specific in the car that I wanted and Mr .Ibarra walked me to his desk to look at his inventory. He found the car that I wanted and took the time to go over all the features that came with the car, explained the process off financing the car and promotional offers that were available for the car that i wanted. He didn't try to upsell me a different car or pressure me into purchasing the car that i wanted from him. Mr. Ibarra was very personable and that in itself calmed my nerves,reduced my stress level and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process and ultimately why i decided to give him my business. The man from finanacing (im sorry i forgot his name) i think it was Joe..was awesome.He didnt just go over every bullet points but also educated me on how i can protect my car beyond the factory warranty, information that i didn't think to ask because it would have never occurred to me to ask. The whole process from when I walked in to the dealership to when I drove my car off the lot went very smoothly and took a lot less time then i anticipated. More

I got a great price (beat my broker by almost a grand). Spent very little time at the dealer, as Omar had it all set up. It was busy, but I certainly didn't feel like 'just another customer '. Dealer includes not so small extras such as extended power train warranty, first oil change and lifetime car washes. I walked away feeling like the rogue. BEST OVERALL EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I decided to walk into the Nissan of Elk Grove one late afternoon to “look around” and hopefully trade in my Toyota Corolla. I was quickly greeted by I decided to walk into the Nissan of Elk Grove one late afternoon to “look around” and hopefully trade in my Toyota Corolla. I was quickly greeted by Omar who was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles. I told him exactly what features I was looking for and precisely helped me decide on which vehicle met my standards down to the color! The whole time I never felt pressured to make a purchase and Omar was honest and straightforward. Once I decided on a 2016 Nissan Altima, Sang and Vu took it from there and they were just as great as Omar. This has to have been the best overall experience buying a car and would definitely recommend this dealership for their outstanding personnel and wide range of selection! More
