Nissan of Elk Grove Family I bought my first car about 8 ½ months ago, and although I live way down Antelope, I have made the right decision of bringing my business to Nissan of I bought my first car about 8 ½ months ago, and although I live way down Antelope, I have made the right decision of bringing my business to Nissan of Elk Grove. I have never been so happy. I was helped by Mitchelle Soneja and Warren Santos. They have been so wonderful to me, making sure that I was taken care of. Very professional and they made me feel comfortable that buying my first car went smoothly. About roughly 2 months ago, I got into an accident, and my car got totaled. I was so broken-hearted to see my car like that. It was my baby. My Nissan Versa Note saved me. I was so amazed on how reliable and dependable Nissan cars were. That’s when I decided that I need to get my 2nd car from Nissan of Elk Grove again. For a first time car buyer, I was lost on how things were supposed to be done, so I contacted Mitchelle and he helped me not just on how to proceed with the car that got totaled, but he helped me in getting another car. About a 1 ½ month ago, I went to see Mitchelle Soneja just to check on my options, and wow! The process was even smoother and easier this time around. I went there to check on my options, and I went home with a brand new Nissan Sentra! I was so scared to be behind the wheels again because of what happened, but he was so patient, kind and he gave me the time of day to make sure all my questions were answered, that I was comfortable with the car I was getting. Well, I never really liked the car in the first place, I LOVED IT! It was way better than my first one. And yeah, now I get to have a trunk! hahahaha! Very happy client here! :) My happiness right now wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for the help of 2 of the best employees of Nissan of Elk Grove, Mitchelle Soneja and Warren Santos who, from the beginning have been awesome! They made me feel important and that my business is their business. I felt like a part of their Nissan Family, and I love it. I have nothing but amazing things to say to these 2 gentlemen over here, because they have been nothing but amazing. Without the help of Mitchelle and Warren, I wouldn’t be this happy right now! Nissan of Elk Grove is very much blessed to have these 2 around. My family has 4 Nissan vehicles in total, and we love it, and when we decide on getting more vehicles, well, we know where to go and who to talk to. I highly recommend Nissan of Elk Grove not just because of how great their cars and are, but most part of it would be because of the people who would make sure you get what you truly deserve. :) More
