First Time Buying a Car I was more than a little overwhelmed to start my first experience buying a car; however, shortly after arriving at Elk Grove Nissan these fears subsid I was more than a little overwhelmed to start my first experience buying a car; however, shortly after arriving at Elk Grove Nissan these fears subsided. Anthony was knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing. I did not feel like I was being pressured into making a decision, or up-sold on options I didn't not want. While waiting for financing to process, Anthony checked in on me multiple times, offered me refreshments, and helped me connect my phone to the bluetooth in the car I had chosen. After all the paperwork was signed, I realized I did not have my checkbook on me. Even though it was 9pm, Anthony offered to follow me home, pick up the check, and return it to the dealership for me. I was really impressed with the costumer service I received and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Jeremy was very nice and took the time to help me and answer my questions regarding the parts I was ordering, and made sure that I had everything I needed to get the job done. I was happy to see that the parts I needed were in stock. He then went further and took the time to take one of the parts out and explain the core recharge process and what qualifies a return, then tape it back up. Jeremy then helped me carry the parts out to my truck. I am very happy with the service and will be back for more parts. Thank you Jeremy for all of your help and time, even after closing hours. P.S. He answered all my questions and so we did a test drive. I liked the vehicle so much I purchased it that night. My kids and wife love the vehicle. I got a great price and even better financing.
