Could improve Service line was not very long but it took them about 30 minutes to take my information down. Once that was done I received a text from my service age Service line was not very long but it took them about 30 minutes to take my information down. Once that was done I received a text from my service agent which I use 2 hours late to ask if my car was ready with no response. What I think should have been a quick fix took over 2 hours of me waiting. Not saying I should have had priority but one less client in your lobby with better experience would bring me back and have me refer friends over. More
