Worst customer experience ever! I’ took my car 4 times to get the heater fixed but they ordered the wrong parts twice! Kept my car overnight and didn’t offer rental service. I call I’ took my car 4 times to get the heater fixed but they ordered the wrong parts twice! Kept my car overnight and didn’t offer rental service. I called without exaggerating 11x no answer. Finally after someone and swerved and told me a manager would call me back he never did. I had to reach out to the sales rep that sold me the car to walk over and have them call me. I was told to come pick my car up because the new part wouldn’t arrive for about a week. Yea worse experience ever! More
