She choose the new subcompact Kicks, which offered great mileage and safety features. The process from there was smooth and done in a timely manner. The facilities we're roomy, comfy, and clean. Offering snacks and drinks too. I will definitely be coming back and have recommended this dealership (especially Edi) to anyone interested in a new vehicle. More

Staff is courteous and helpful Staff was very helpful, had to return twice to get problem solved. My service advisor was very accommodating, The first day my car was being repaire Staff was very helpful, had to return twice to get problem solved. My service advisor was very accommodating, The first day my car was being repaired I was able to get transportation home although I was a half mile out of the area. Mr Zaragoza also let me have a loner car while mine was being worked on. More

The WORST dealership in the US probably I cannot express thoroughly enough of how much I do NOT recommend buying a car here or taking it here for service afterwards. I found out yesterday wh I cannot express thoroughly enough of how much I do NOT recommend buying a car here or taking it here for service afterwards. I found out yesterday while my car was getting service work done that they had charged me for all kinds of extras I didn’t ask for or agree to when I bought my brand new Rogue Sport back in July. They did refund it yesterday because apparently they were bought out a month ago & cleaned house of all staff since many were doing the same thing. Now having service done, even just a basic oil change, is a NIGHTMARE!!!! I have gone twice because I had 2 free oil changes, and both times I waited 3 to 4 hours. I asked why do I waste my time making an appointment if I wait just as long as walk-ins and was told that making an appointment just prevents you from having to do paperwork when you arrive. WHAT THE HECK!!!! An appointment is supposed to mean that you take priority over walk-ins, and that your car is serviced at the time of the appointment. Apparently not the case at Nissan of Downtown LA. To make it worse, after 2 hours and 40 mins of waiting, I saw my car finally being put onto a lift to have the oil changed, so I go into service and talk to the guy I was working with, Ace, told him what I just saw, and he called me a liar. He assured me my car is about done. So he calls back, and come to find out, I WAS RIGHT, so he says it will be done in 15 mins. 35 mins later, my car is done. In total, I waited 3 hours & 15 mins. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I will NEVER buy a car from them, let alone recommend someone else to & now that I’ve used the couple free services I was given for purchasing my Rogue Sport, I will NEVER take it there for service either. Read some of the reviews on this place on their facebook page or google. It’s horrifying the things that have happened to some people there!!! More

Outstanding customer service. I came in to Nissan DTLA because I had a bad experience at another Nissan dealer. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone. The service department mad I came in to Nissan DTLA because I had a bad experience at another Nissan dealer. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone. The service department made sure all my questions where answered and even gave helpful tips for the future. Ernie and Dennis provided me with A+ customer service they explained everything that was going to be fixed within my vehicle. I felt a sense of relief after our encounter. Both Ernie and Dennis went above and beyond to exceed my needs, and they did everything in their power to take care of me. I will continue to take my vehicle to Nissan DTLA for repairs. More
