Irresponsible service It’s a truly unsatisfied experience I had with Downtown Nissan. I went in for my recall of 2016 Nissan Rogue and when I asked how long it’s gonna take It’s a truly unsatisfied experience I had with Downtown Nissan. I went in for my recall of 2016 Nissan Rogue and when I asked how long it’s gonna take and the service advisor said 1-2 hours. I waited 6 hours and I even texted him if my car was ready. I didn’t receive a single phone call or text message so I called myself to service department to ask if my car was ready. That’s how I picked ur my car. Went back to Lease another vechile Victor, my salesman did a wonderful good, as he did the first time I leased my car from DTLA Nissan, he's the reason I went back and dealt with him ag Victor, my salesman did a wonderful good, as he did the first time I leased my car from DTLA Nissan, he's the reason I went back and dealt with him again. But OMG, the finance dept is slower then a snail. I sit there for 4 fours just to sit in front of the finance man. Also, I dislike there Service dept. They have not resolved an issue with my 2018 Midnight Edition Maxima. That has been on going to 11 months. Oscar, Ernesto Service Manager are not very helpful. More
