Once he came to my car he went over the details of my car and advised me to be careful with my miles, I let him know I had came right before the 12k miles on an issue I was experiencing with the trunk and he advised he relates for it happened to him with another customer not too long ago. He let me know the service ETA and directed me to parts since I would be purchasing some bands for a different Nissan. The clerk there was very friendly and able to read my paperwork my dad wrote down regarding the vehicle. He bagged the parts, provided the pricing and after discount pricing and directed me to the cashiers office. While awaiting for the service I was contacted by service tech advising there was a part that needed replacement as well as pricing and received my consent prior to beginning the service More

Ok, I guess he couldn't see all the data from the other dealers on his IPad as he told me ??? Maybe no prolbem. I asked for specific items to be done and for some reason I got more. Ok, another mistake I can live with. Paying was very fast! BUT when I went to get my car I was told just get one of the guys running around!!!! I waited patiently for about 20 minutes and no one showed up. I finally flagged down someone and they went into the office to pull someout out to help and and the other people waiting. Not a good first date. More
Needed Service I went in because my engine light came on. It was time for my regular service but I was not going to do that at that time. I was hoping it would be a simple fix with the light but it wasn't. I needed to get the regular service too. The service tech Caesar was really nice and professional and explained everything to me and said he'd stay within my budget which he did. My car rides better now. More

ACE was AMAZING!!! If it wasn't for ACE I wouldn't of ever came here in the first place. He was the one to answer the call when I called about servicing my new lease. He was knowledgeable and recommended I should wait til I hit 5K miles. My first visit was great with Ace check in and all. Only issue I had was getting my car back once it was serviced and completed. The lot is so small that they have runners moving at all times. Vehicles being moved like puzzles, it's an accident bound to happen anytime now. I did oversee another rep speaking with a client about other services that he recommended but she clearly declined and he kept insisting even brought someone else to try and change her mind. The decision should and always is up to the customer. No need to keep insisting. Seemed they were pressing hard for an up sell. More

Glendale Nissan recently closed, and that is where I bought my car and always had service done. Now that I have discovered Nissan Downtown, I wish I had gone here years ago.
