Unfair Charges I got the used car listing through AARP. The car listed as $22,491 as stated. The dealership charged me an additional $695 for a protective film ins I got the used car listing through AARP. The car listed as $22,491 as stated. The dealership charged me an additional $695 for a protective film installed on the door of the vehicle, which was on already the door at the time of the listing. I objected to the charge because it was a previously installed item that I had NO choice with. I spoke to the manager and he would not remove the charge. I told him it could be a deal breaker and he did not budge. He said it was an installation that the dealership paid for and had to be reimbursed. We went back and forth and he did not budge. I was very unhappy with that charge, especially after my husband researched the cost of the film being $40. I will pursue it with AARP and possibly small claims court. More

Not going back. I drove in for an unscheduled maintenance. I came in to get my tires rotated foremost. I also got an oil change, after they were done they called a I drove in for an unscheduled maintenance. I came in to get my tires rotated foremost. I also got an oil change, after they were done they called and recommended I get a brake fluid flush (which I got done). When I got my car back from them, my oil filter, oil, and tire maintenance alerts weren't reset on my dashboard. By the time my car could tell me my tire pressure, 3 of them were at 33 psi and one of them was at 38 psi. After getting out of my car and airing out my over inflated tire, I realized they NEVER rotated my tires. More
