The repair for my car was good, the team was OK. First off David Mares was nice and friendly. However, he wasn't taking the time I needed for him to fully explain the packages in a clear way. I ende First off David Mares was nice and friendly. However, he wasn't taking the time I needed for him to fully explain the packages in a clear way. I ended up doing a full service on my car and drove away with squeaky brakes. I was furious. And I tried calling him and couldn't get a hold of him for a while. David failed to inform me that due to one of my services the brakes would squeak for a couple of days. The overall reception desk was extremely lackluster. They had me on hold for 9 minutes plus one of the receptionist tried to transfer me and ended up hanging up on me on accident. When I got to the desk the girls there were chirping at each other and acting very unprofessionally. My biggest complaint is that the extension for David failed to work after trying to bypass the unattentive front desk - this should be fixed. So overall the service for my car was good, but I think the professionalism of the receptionist & the service team needs work. More

Rude service Dennis was immediately rude the second I walked up to him. I didn’t appreciate it. I won’t come back, specifically because of him. Amazing I went for an oil change! As a walk in , they said the wait was going to be around one hour and a half . But my car was ready in less then 30 minutes. I went for an oil change!
