Great service except . . . Service was personal and everything I was concerned about was checked into if not fixed. Specifically, my 2018 Rogue was experiencing rattling while idling in gear, due for an oil change, AV screen getting stuck or blank with lines, and strange grinding sensation under driver side floor. Too early to tell if all issues are resolved, but all concerns were addressed and checked into. Big issue is not able to reach cashier or operator when I was transferred from service. Unfortunate because I was suppose to get my car before closing time at 7pm. Since I couldn't reach anybody, even though I tried calling several times, I wasn't able to get car til next morning. That sucked More

9 year loyal customer at LA Nissan I bought my Nissan Cube from LA Nissan and still go back for my Nissans maintenance . So I have been loyal to this dealership for 9 years . I bought this Nissan from Mia Navarro and by far was treated the best than only other salesperson I met with before finding LA Nissan.. And all along I keep returning to maintain my Nissan and really appreciate the courtesy and help I receive from Ace Games the Service Representative . My Nissan runs perfectly because Ace always helps me to be aware of what is coming up to be maintained or changed . I really appreciate his help as my Nissan has been flawless . Ace always has a smile and friendly hand shake , plus he remembers my name . This guy is the Gold Standard ! More

Incompetence or dishonesty you decide As posted on Yelp yesterday: It's near impossible to find service you can trust anymore. This morning I took my Nissan Rogue to Nissan of downtown As posted on Yelp yesterday: It's near impossible to find service you can trust anymore. This morning I took my Nissan Rogue to Nissan of downtown LA for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Was warmly greeted by Dave and my car was whisked away for service, an hour later Dave called to let me know all the work was performed, showed me the proper documents and I was good to go. Just one thing caught my eye. Of the four tires, only one has a yellow dot on it, it is the right rear tire and has been since I bought it. So how is it a proper tire rotation leaves the same yellow dot tire in the exact right rear location? Hmmmm. I pointed this out to Dave who assured me the work was performed since a technician signed off on it. It didn't really matter much to Dave that I knew exactly which tire had a yellow dot on it and clearly it wasn't rotated with the others. Dave offered to "look into it" but I decided to move on. The tires weren't rotated, OK. But now I'm left to wonder if the engine oil was actually changed? That's what happens when you deal with people you can't trust. I was hoping for long relationship, but this one has ended abruptly. Gotta find a new mechanic. More
