Easy, Honest, no hassle I’ve been having my Nissan(s) serviced at Nissan DTLA for over 7 years. My main reason for going back in the service department! It’s very tough to I’ve been having my Nissan(s) serviced at Nissan DTLA for over 7 years. My main reason for going back in the service department! It’s very tough to find good mechanics in Los Angeles! Most people will overcharge you or recommend services that are not needed. I hate getting my car serviced and feel like I have to look over someone’s shoulder to make sure it’s dobe adequately and most importantly correctly. With Nissan DTLA they know my name and know my cars. I literally just drop it off and I’m out the door! They offer shuttle and rental services too! Overall these guys are great! They are trustworthy, honest, & skilled at what they do! More

But the service cost has to be reasonable, which lately they have become. Having said that, it's in other areas that I feel price gouging still exists, such as getting a spare key made. I still find it a little stiff in other areas such as getting an extra key made, which BTW cost me $350. My VW key was half that, so you have to ask why? So over all, I wish I could have the perfect experience every time but that would be wishing... More
