Triple charges for service?? Got an estimate for tuneup. Selected an option for around $400. Left the car for service. Late in the day received update that service was complete. I Got an estimate for tuneup. Selected an option for around $400. Left the car for service. Late in the day received update that service was complete. It looked like the bill was well over $1,000. Immediately called. Was left on hold for 5 minutes only to be told the service rep was busy. Did I want to leave a message. I did. Ultimately I think this may have been a technical glitch but ... I am STILL waiting for a return call three days later. I call BS More
