Positive experience overall with a few issues Miguel was very helpful and accommodating while checking me in and providing the estimate. The Uber service made the experience less stressful. I got back to work and could relax knowing that my car was being well taken care of. The only issues I had were that I did not get the results of my all point inspection. In the past I have received some kind of print out that explains everything that was inspected and a score or other indication that the inspected areas were acceptable or needed work done in the future, etc. Also, my dual usb phone charger was missing when I got my car back, which I didn't notice until I got home.
