Great service, nice people, but far too long to wait I bought my Murano from Downtown Nissan and there is no Nissan dealership on the westside for maintenance. I drive 15 miles through downtown traffic t I bought my Murano from Downtown Nissan and there is no Nissan dealership on the westside for maintenance. I drive 15 miles through downtown traffic to bring my car to Downtown Nissan for all service requirements. The service is always done right and there is no pressure to do add-ons which I appreciate. Ace is normally my go-to service agent and he's top notch. Nice fellow and very knowledgeable and responsive. The one downside is the wait time. For routine oil changes I use the Express Service (no appointments taken here). Yesterday I waited 3 hours for an oil change. Obviously this is not an ideal situation, having to drive 30 miles through traffic and wait for several hours for routine service. On the plus side, I will keep using them for service because I know it's done right, reasonably priced, and nice people to deal with. More
