Called to Fix My Blown out Speaker I called and was directed to the service department when I had ask to get the speaker fix the person who answered the phone was not cooperating at all I called and was directed to the service department when I had ask to get the speaker fix the person who answered the phone was not cooperating at all as soon as i answered he put me on hold for 5 minutes and then put me off of hold and was not even talking into the phone but was having conversations with other people ignoring the fact that i am stiil on the phone listening for a reply and when i asked to get the speaker fixed finally he said he does not know if he has the part and i asked if he needed the vin number to find out and he said no that would not help and that i would have to bring the car in and have the car kept here there until monday when it was only saturday that i was trying to go in. All this just to fix a speaker!? how does it make sense to keep a car for 2 days there to get a speaker fixed So since this person clearly did not know xxx they were talking about i went in to talk to someone who knew. I asked the lady if i could get my speaker fixed and she said yes and that she just needed the vin number which made me mad because i was willing to give the vin to the guy i had called earlier but he purposely did not cooperate. Besides that the lady special order the speaker so i can get it fixed next week. Whom ever was the one who answered the phone was very ignorant and uncooperative most unprofessional customer service i dealt with so far. More
