We bought a car on Saturday and we’re told to go to lunch and we could get our car in the afternoon but possibly Monday. After not hearing anything on Monday and many calls to the dealer’s sales manager, Ge and we could get our car in the afternoon but possibly Monday. After not hearing anything on Monday and many calls to the dealer’s sales manager, George Nino, I was told that there was more than just a quick break check and I found out that they had sold us our car without having it serviced or passed its own Nissan Used Car inspection. After an apology and a promise that the car would be ready and delivered the next morning, again, the next morning I did not get a response back from the sales manager after many calls, and I was finally able to get a hold of the service department whom did everything to inform me of what was happening with the car and when it should be ready. Our sales person Javier, was great, and he came in on his day off to deliver our car late in the afternoon on Tuesday. We never heard back from George Nino, not an apology, not a clear answer, and was a complete coward. Their sales contract said that the day we signed our contract should have been the day they gave us our car. They didn’t keep their end of the bargain, and we didn’t get our car until 4 days later. This was extremely disappointing and we would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Nissan’s name is tainted by people like George Nino and the deceitful tactics that they used at this dealership. More
The service team was real and responsive. They had a clear picture of what needed to get done and the estimated time of completion. don spend your time and your money with them . I don't recommend this dealer at all . I purchased a truck TItan on JUN 25 2020 . the floor mat is missing ( they charged me $200 on MSRP for that). Worst Dealership experience that hurt my credit score This has to be the worst Nissan dealership of all of California. I went to this dealership just to figure out my options to return my lease which was This has to be the worst Nissan dealership of all of California. I went to this dealership just to figure out my options to return my lease which was coming to an end in a few months. I wanted to finance my car so I wouldn't have to return the lease to not pay the extra milage I went over that I was told when I first leased my car back in 2017. I had a spokesperson name Juan Andrade who barely spoke any English. At the time there was no other spokesperson so Juan helped me with his Bosses help the named Edi Gaser. Edi told me that it would be better to turn in my car lease that same day early and get another car with so I wouldn't have to pay for the extra milage and get a lower car note a month. Edi finished me off and got me into a Volkswagen Jetta after turning in my Nissan Altima. Worst mistake I made in my entire life. I realize that I seen an additional $12,000 on my credit report a few months later on top of my new financed loan. I went to the dealership to discuss getting that additional $12,000 off my credit and they explained to me that it was due to the milage from the lease I return. I wanted to talk to Edi that day and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. But it turned out he explained to two sales people the story and told them what to tell me. I was highly upset because since he sold me the car I wanted to hear it from him which was highly unprofessional on his part. I called Nissan to discuss and all I got was them giving me attitude over the phone and told me I would have to go to the dealership to discuss the matter and get it resolve. Went to the dealership a second time and they still gave me the run around on how I still have to pay that $12,000 in mileage. It's been almost 12 months and I still haven't had this issue resolved with Nissan and it's affecting my credit score. I wouldn't have turn in my lease early to have to pay $12,000 on mileage. I would have kept my car and financed it after my lease was up as Nissan wasn't getting the car back to put it up back for sale. More
