The service department was very busy the day I came in for a free oil change. It took longer than expected and my car was scratched. I pointed out that there was a new scratch and they denied it, stating for a free oil change. It took longer than expected and my car was scratched. Hi, I was very disappointed in my experience. The majority of the staff did not wear their masks properly covering their noses or mouths. The sales office was full of people, 6ft distancing was not f majority of the staff did not wear their masks properly covering their noses or mouths. The sales office was full of people, 6ft distancing was not followed. I requested multiple times for the paperwork to be completed ahead to limit my time at the dealership. I was lied to, as paperwork was not ready. And I had wait over an hour in fear of catching covid. Overall very disappointing experience. More
