Javier Valencia is the best salesman Nissan can ever have. He’s helped me and my family with our car purchases and has made our experience the best ever. I’ve only purchased cars from Nissan from Downto have. He’s helped me and my family with our car purchases and has made our experience the best ever. I took my car to this Nissan. Initially it was a great experience. A little crowded but I was patient. The associate helping me informed me she would let me know when the car was ready, however 3 hours later I had not been contacted. I decided to go see if the car was ready and it was but she had to gone to lunch. Fast forward to 2 days later and after they informed me everything was great on my car, my battery dies and I need a jump. Not sure what they did to my car but I never had battery issues previously. 2/10 would not recommend. UPDATE: I was having car issues on the road only 2 days after I left Nissan. Afraid I couldn’t make it back to Nissan, I went to the near maintenance car shop who told me they NEVER put oil in my car even though I have paperwork that says they did an oil change. PLEASE DO NOT take your car to Nissan downtown. I have also for a few days now been trying to get in contact with the director and leaving voicemails that have not been returned. More
BUYER BEWARE! From the SALES TEAM up to the SALES MANAGERS, this dealership is filled with DISHONEST and quite frankly RUDE people. WATCH OUT for the sales person From the SALES TEAM up to the SALES MANAGERS, this dealership is filled with DISHONEST and quite frankly RUDE people. WATCH OUT for the sales person Ray; he’s perceptibly dishonest. Equally you should watch out for David Escobar; he’s one of the sales managers and he’s of short patience and EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. The ADVERTISEMENTS online are NOT REFLECTIVE OF THE TRUE PRICE they’re asking for their vehicles. This dealership charges MARK-UPS and ADD-ons. Additionally they will put PRESSURE on you to try and get you in the door, before trying to provide you any information. These people are IMPERSONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and just GENERALLY DISHONEST and MOTIVATED PURELY BY SALES and NOT THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS. More

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone; they are full of lies. I was dealing with Norma Alvarez since February 10,2022. And I told her the situation with my mom's car which is a 2010 Chevy Impala a full of lies. I was dealing with Norma Alvarez since February 10,2022. And I told her the situation with my mom's car which is a 2010 Chevy Impala and that the head gasket is blown and could we use that for a downpayment on a SUV; and Norma Alvarez said yes. I also asked her do they take people who has SSI for income; and that my mom doesn't have bad credit and that she only have the credit of paying off her Chevy Impala and other than that my mom doesn't have credit. And Norma said yes they do, and she said that my mom can use her car as a down payment. I was getting a lot of calls and text messages from Norma Alvarez to make an appointment to get my mom's her new car. And by her callings and messages I truly believed what Norma Alvarez said when she said that she would get my mother in a new car using my mom Chevy Impala for a downpayment. She also asked for pictures of my mom's car; so I sent them to her. Okay with that being said me and my mom finally made it out there to the dealership in Downtown Los Angeles expecting to see Norma cause she was the one who I was talking to from the beginning about all of the paperwork we need to bring. So when I parked and got out of the truck it was a man that works for Nissan Dealership approached me; so I told him that I'm here for Norma Alvarez. So he said that he could help me; but I told him that the only person I want to deal with is Norma Alvarez cause I told her from the beginning that I only want to deal with her. So he said that he is Norma boss so I told him that I had already told Norma that she is the only one I want to deal with. So he gave his phone to me so I can talk to Norma. And Norma told me that he is her boss and that he can help me; also she said that she will come down to say hi...[Which was a lie] cause she never came down. So with that being said I believed her. So the guy showed me and my mom the cars they had. So the guy started the paper work and he asked about the credit and I let him know that my mom doesn't have credit and that the only credit she has is from paying off her Chevy Impala and her income that she get is SSI. Also that is what me and Norma had talked about;cause that's the only income my mom has. And she said that they accept SSI income. When the guy ran my mother's credit he came back to the office with another guy; which he said that the other guy is his boss 😒. So the other guy said that they can't get my mom financed to get a car cause she doesn't have credit. So I told him that I hope no one try to use my mother's social security number. So I wouldn't recommend no one to deal with this dealership ever.... They all are liars; and Norma never came down to say hi 🤨. But thank GOD that the other dealership that I had on standby are truthful about what they about taking SSI, and even if you don't have credit. Cause when we went back to the other dealership they had the paperwork done. So they gave my mom the keys to a 2021 Nissan SUV with only just a little over 3,000 miles on it 😀 So my mom is rolling her SUV 😉 More
I wish I had read reviews on the BBB site before entrusting Downtown Nissan with my vehicle. I brought my car in July 30th. It took 4 days to order and install driver side headlight lamp and replace entrusting Downtown Nissan with my vehicle. I brought my car in July 30th. It took 4 days to order and install driver side headlight lamp and replace interior cabin bulbs where the preliminary estimate was off by $250. I had to continuously call for updates on the status of the vehicle and many times put on hold for long periods of time only to be directed to voicemail. The very next day, August 5th, the car stalled out. I paid $40 for the tow to dealer. After spending about $300 in Lyft rides to and fro work, I was offered a loaner vehicle free of charge. August 16th I paid $404 and picked up the vehicle with a new IPDM installed and was assured the electrical problem was solved. I did not make it (3 miles) home from the dealership when the car stalled again. After a 30 minute wait, I rode with the tow truck driver back to the dealership to drop off vehicle and pick up the loaner again. Numerous calls were placed over the next few days to be told they they did not know the problem. After 10 days, they discovered the faulty wiring and repaired the EFI harness for an additional $850. So after replacing the headlight and interior cabin bulbs, no light bulb went off in any of the SAE certified technicians' brains that there may be an electrical issue why all the bulbs inside the vehicle were out. He did explain that the impact of COVID has reduced manpower. However, this has nothing to do with the lack of professionalism, communication and mechanical expertise on their own products . However minor this might be, I observed that when I picked up the car the second time, the mileage out was 77639 but when towed back in the third time, the mileage was 77634. The service manager assured me he test drove the car 20 miles and my mileage was exactly 77654. Obviously the mileage was set to these numbers to appear that 20 miles had been driven on the car because the number in was less than the number out from the second time. Now you've insulted my intelligence, great way to treat a paying customer. This has been a Nissan nightmare and I went to sleep hoping to never return. After dishing out almost $1700 and having my car from July 30th- Aug 26th, the sales department had the audacity to call and leave a voicemail saying they had "important information about my vehicle." I returned the call thinking maybe they were going to reimburse me for some of the charges only to find out they want to buy my car from me and put me in a new car. NO DEAL!!! More

He instantly gave us water, he asked if we wanted to try cars, he asked all the right qu at this location. We had the manager, Jose Escobar, help us. He instantly gave us water, he asked if we wanted to try cars, he asked all the right questions & he knew all the details on every car. HE WAS SO HELPFUL! He would be a reason we would come back. This was the first time we did not feel pressured to buy anything. Because of that, it made us feel so at home. We did not purchase a car from this location but the Glendale Nissan, just based on colors and what we were looking for, but because of his great, professional, intelligent personality we will send other buyers to this location. Thank you so much Jose for being so kind to us, you really made our experience phenomenal !!! More
