I was very pleased with this, my first time with your service dept. I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday evening for the next day. Service rep David Marts was extremely helpful in scheduling all service dept. I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday evening for the next day. Service rep David Marts was extremely helpful in scheduling all my Kick’s check ups in one afternoon so I didn’t have to leave the car overnight or return the following day- much appreciated as I live 40 minutes drive away. In the past I have always retuned to Carson dealership for services by now I can return to Downtown LA for my needs eliminating the longer drive to Carson and the service scheduler who seemed to always be “away from my desk, please leave a message” which I might add was never returned!! More
