We worked with Bobby, the sales person who has assisted us in getting the best price. She was so nice to us before we closed the deal but once we closed the deal, she started ignoring us and was frustrated to answer our questions or take calls. Manager Walter was so arrogant and defensive with us. we were thinking to cancel our orders and just then, GM John has helped us by resolving the issue. He has totally understood our situation and made us feel comfortable to do business with them. Bobby and Walter have asked us to accept their apology, But I really feel they should have more patience and respect towards any customer. The customer might ask 1000 questions and may not understand what you are saying, but you have no right to yell at them. I did not want to write this review on them but I do not want them to repeat this with any customer and I hope they will go through my review. Apart from this, All pro Dearborn is the best stop to get your dream car for the best price. If you don't get a good response from Sales person or manager, try to talk to GM or someone else and I bet you can get the best deal in the city. Awesome Experience I have been shopping around for the past 4 months to find a durable sharp looking SUV and was very discouraged with the," Big Three" selection of: p I have been shopping around for the past 4 months to find a durable sharp looking SUV and was very discouraged with the," Big Three" selection of: poor salesmanship, prices, gimmicks, employees' and friends and family discounts, hidden fees, down payments etc. until one day I was reading, The Detroit News and came across a very impressive Ad of, ALL PRO NISSAN. I called and spoke with the receptionist, Valerie and was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I went in the next day and was greeted warmly by, Bobbi and Walter. I felt as though I have known them my whole life and felt extremely comfortable with discussing my interest in the ROGUE. I leased it today and I am extremely thrilled with my new SUV and everybody that works at this State-of-the-Art Dealership!!! I will look no further, from now on for me, my family & friends I will not go anywhere else for future vehicles! My new family is definitely, ALL PRO NISSAN! Lease deal for Altima Walked in to the Allpro nissan Dearborn office after suggestions from couple of my friends who leased and purchased cars from here. My intent was to Walked in to the Allpro nissan Dearborn office after suggestions from couple of my friends who leased and purchased cars from here. My intent was to get a lease deal as close as possible to the newspaper ad, 88$ a month for sentra and 109$ a month for altima. As usual, after test driving, you always like the one with more options. But before we could go there, Samar, our salesperson, assisted us on what our primary concern would be. She streamlined our thoughts and let us drive two models of which my wife picked the one with lowest lease - sentra, and I picked the one with better pick up - altima. That step looked easier. Next was the negotiations. I know that it is difficult to get a win win situation with sales person. I had my questions. And I got the answers after a good deal of discussions. Samar was patient enough to explain fine print and suggested her experience with altima. I was pushing to get some more out of the dealership who were accommodating with the requests to Their limit possible. She has wits and was able to understand my intent. Although the price went up by a few hundreds due to the white colored car, she convinced me of the best deal I could get. Overall, it was a good deal and negotiation. I would recommend Samar for her streamlined approach on getting what I needed plus getting what I wanted. Though the place is not a coffee bar, I would suggest you try the hot chocolate and mocha over there while you wait. Appreciate the manager for reaching out to Samar and informing that I was waiting. I had to wait for around 2 hrs for getting my paperwork done. More
