What a joke!!! I can't believe I have to go through this again!!! Highly disappointed, I came to a verbal agreement with the Sales manager for their discrepancy and I can't believe I have to go through this again!!! Highly disappointed, I came to a verbal agreement with the Sales manager for their discrepancy and he failed to deliver. Long story short I was supposed to get all weather floor mats for my 2014 Altima and $100 to cover for the time I lost while they were repairing a radio that was supposed to be working to begin with (CPO). Anyways, I was provided with the incorrect all weather mats because the design does not match the floor layout. I was told they stopped making the all weather floor mats for that year, really??? In regards to the money, they Sales manager said he mailed the check to me, that sounded a bit suspicious to begin with, how come they could not just hand me the check? I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said call me if you don't get it in a couple of days. Guess what, I didn't get it, I did my part in following up but just like last time, their lack of follow up is stellar! Now, it's been at least a couple of weeks and still nothing. Way to go in regaining your customer's TRUST! At this point I don't care if I get the check or not but the fact is you have lost me as a customer and will gladly share my bad experience with anyone. Very quick to take my money but very slow to make things right!!! More

Zahraa Amhaz went above and beyond to make sure I purchased my Nissan Rogue with all the options that I was looking for. She gave me suggestions and her advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Rouge SV the process was absolutely painless. She was absolutely professional and courteous. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! Out of town purchase This dealership gave me one of the most honest and pleasant experiences when purchasing my car and we did it all over the phone because I live in Texa This dealership gave me one of the most honest and pleasant experiences when purchasing my car and we did it all over the phone because I live in Texas. The sales manager Adam and finance manager Chris were awesome. They were able to give me a great deal and even had an employee personally drive the car to my front door. They were going to shop it but I was impatient so they gave me the option of driving car to me. Tgey even drove,my trade back. That was perfect for me. Thats world class service..A++++++ More

Not a pleasant experience We just leased a Nissan Rogue from this dealer and after all was a bad experience. It started very well in regards of answering all questions over the We just leased a Nissan Rogue from this dealer and after all was a bad experience. It started very well in regards of answering all questions over the phone, especially Melissa and even Amir, the sales consultant was helpful. After we decided to proceed with the lease and set up the appointment, things changed. We arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and informed the receptionist. Amir came to greed us and to start the lease process. He spent not more than 3 minutes with us and disappeared, while we were waiting for the Insurance documents. I had to ask a manager after 20 minutes if the Insurance fax came, of course they came, and from that point Amir spent all together no more than maximum of 15 minutes with us, reviewing the lease agreement, but not knowledgeable to answered simple questions –he asked Dave for help. We spent over 3 hours, 90% waiting (this is our 6 lease agreement and maximum time spent at the dealer was not more than 1.5 hours) and we left with no explanations about the Sirius XM radio promotion, no details about the new car or any other information that a customer expects from a sales consultant. All over was a very unpleasant experience and we will not go back, except to return the vehicle. More

wasnt waited on after several days of researching Nissan dealers and cars I found the deal I wanted at this dealership. Courtney made an appointment with me. I drove 40 miles to meet with her. after waiting over 30 mins in the lobby I got up to leave. a lady stopped me at the door asking if I had been helped. I replied no. she asked who I was there to see I said Courtney who set the appointment. She didn't offer any other assistance. I left extremely upset. looking at the website later I realized the girl who stopped me at the door was Courtney herself! Guess she didn't feel like introducing herself, or bothering with an apology or selling a car! More
