Horrible customer service. We put $500 down to secure a new vehicle that was coming in the next week or two. When it arrived 3 weeks later on a Thursday, Natasha(sales woman) t We put $500 down to secure a new vehicle that was coming in the next week or two. When it arrived 3 weeks later on a Thursday, Natasha(sales woman) told us we had to come in within 48 hours or someone else would be able to buy it. Then why did we put money down to hold a vehicle if that wasn't true. WE were NEVER told there was 48hr window to take delivery or we could lose it. This sales woman (Natasha) tried to pressure us to come in and at least sign the paper work and pick it up another day. (Middle of the month purchase) I know times are tough and new cars are hard to get, but if you need to understand what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is all about. This dealer Nissan of Dearborn(Which was formally called All Pro Nissan) doesn't deserve anyone's business! Once we told them we were going somewhere else, they offered to give us oil changes to keep our business. WE got 3 free oil changes anyways from the Nissan of FH. We took our business to another Nissan dealer and were treated like royalty. Thank you Nissan of Farmington Hills!! More
