The team was responsive and courteous and all work was done well and timely which is what is expected from the service department at a dealership... That being said, I do not like the hassle with the AI v done well and timely which is what is expected from the service department at a dealership... That being said, I do not like the hassle with the AI voice response when attempting to set an appointment. I had a question that I was told by the AI voice that I would have to ask when I came in. It was to say the lease very frustrating to take over 10 minutes to get a live person to ask a service question that took only a minute to ask and receive an answer! More

I really like the service I receive when I get there, but it never fails that I have to come back every time, because the technicians forgot to reset something on my vehicle. This dealership is fantastic! I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service drive, and they began working on my titan shortly afterwards. Everyone I came across made sure I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service drive, and they began working on my titan shortly afterwards. Everyone I came across made sure I was being assisted and asked if they could be of help. The customer lounge was spacious, clean and they even had fancy coffee and snacks! I will be getting all of my service work done at Nissan of Cumming from now on. More
