They seem courteous and accommodating but that means absolutely nothing when the prices of the vehicles are overpriced by thousands of dollars. I'll take my business elsewhere. absolutely nothing when the prices of the vehicles are overpriced by thousands of dollars. I'll take my business elsewhere. More
Purchased a car online from them, but they did not deliver. Completed paperwork online, but was still there for hours completing the same paperwork I completed at home. They continued to get my addres deliver. Completed paperwork online, but was still there for hours completing the same paperwork I completed at home. They continued to get my address wrong on paperwork. I have a "we owe you" with the wrong city listed. I have emailed several different people and can not reach them. They told me the vehicle would come with 2 keys but it didn't and the wheel bearing was worn completely out. I had that fixed the same week I purchased the car. Go somewhere else to purchase if possible. More
I was shopping for a used Maxima and talked to Stephen Matz on the phone and he found just what I had been looking for. He warned me that it might need to have a wheel fixed and assured me that they had Matz on the phone and he found just what I had been looking for. He warned me that it might need to have a wheel fixed and assured me that they had technicians they used that would make it like new and he was right. Stephen was so easy to work with and answered all my concerns. It was so nice to do a deal with such a great guy! Thanks again!!! More
Been trying to get ahold of these people since we bought our car mid October with the finance manager Christian Cabrera. After all said and done, we attempted to cancel the Gap and extended warranty two day our car mid October with the finance manager Christian Cabrera. After all said and done, we attempted to cancel the Gap and extended warranty two days after purchase. It has been four months, and we have still not been able to cancel the gap after numerous emails and calls. Also, I would highly suggest you avoid their finance department, high markups on loans even with excellent credit. Will deceive buyers into thinking you can’t refinance until 6 months, so they are able to get the full kickback off the loan write up. FYI you can refinance as soon as you get the metal tag plate in hand. I have already filed a complaint with the Ga Consumer Protection Division, just so they are aware of what is going on. More
My wife was buying a 2021 Nissan Rogue. From the get go we were told it was the one my wife wanted. A black SV with the premium package. Powerlife tailgate and moon roof. Well I know I personally asked two we were told it was the one my wife wanted. A black SV with the premium package. Powerlife tailgate and moon roof. Well I know I personally asked two days back to back verifying it was the one that they were presenting my wife the numbers on. Was told yes. Well that was Thursday and Friday. We weren’t able to go signed the paperwork due to premade plans on Saturday. Well Monday their story changed they sold the vehicle but she wanted. Then the story was numbers they presented was on a white Nissan rogue that didn’t have anything package wise. Well Tuesday we decided to make it in that day to buy the white one even after the multiple stories changed from again having it in stock, to it being sold, to it’s never arrived to the dealership. It seemed to me when I called and spoke to Chris the sales person letting him know we would be there by 6:30 and to sign for the paperwork he didn’t seem interested in making a sale and told me to wait until the next day. To the point I was hung up on. I called back he picked up and I went straight to the Sales Manager Ronaldo. Anyways we get there we test drive the vehicle and we noticed that the AC would only blow cold air on the lowest setting. This is brought up to the salesman, finance and the sales manager Ronaldo. My wife decided to take delivery of the vehicle in which she absolutely loves. Well we went on a trip for New Year’s Eve and on the way up there the AC issue became more predominant in which we had to continue to change the AC settings to halfway be comfortable for our trip. Upon returning from our trip my wife dropped it off to the service department to get checked. She was straight up told you’re doing the AC wrong the sensors are controlling the AC. Welcome to find out the AC actuator was bad and she was given a call saying the part will be here in four days and everything will be fine. Two weeks into the vehicle being a service we had not one lick of an update. I’ve finally call the service manager and express my wife’s frustrations regarding the major lack of communication the service department has with its customers. Of course the service manager made up excuses and said I’m sorry. Well that frustrated my wife even more to the point where she called Ronaldo and asked to do a collateral vehicle swap. Bluebook on the rogue was $32,000. He said he would give her $26,000.00 said he CANNOT give her MORE for the Rogue than she paid regardless of what it books out for. Well after consistently going back and forth he became disrespectful and even straight up accused my wife of just trying to get out of a loan. This is after she offered the difference of her current Rogue to the one they had on the lot. She did a BBB complaint and even called Nissan due to the disrespect she received from Ronaldo. If I were you guys I would say go into a used car dealership in buying a used vehicle is better than dealing with this brand new Nissan dealership the disrespects their customers accused them of bull crap accusations And has no communication with their customers. Take your business anywhere else but here! More

Do not trust what your told. Looked at one car, holes in the interior. Missing parts on motor. Made a very nice counter offer, they said no. The next day, selling for less. I was told, I had to pay price the interior. Missing parts on motor. Made a very nice counter offer, they said no. The next day, selling for less. I was told, I had to pay price i was told day before. Do not trust them , they have no respect, no commitment to customers. More
I was looking at a 2015 Honda pilot. I drove 2.5 hours to look at the car. It had not been through cleaning and service. I was ready to write a check for the price of the vehicle, but it was sold after I had look at the car. It had not been through cleaning and service. I was ready to write a check for the price of the vehicle, but it was sold after I had given good faith in buying it. To be fair Kerman was the sales rep but my main frustration is with Stephen Matz the General Sales Manager. He was not willing to allow me to put a $500 hold on the car but then sold it the same night. This is exactly the type of bloodsucking greedy behavior that makes people hate buying a car. This is also one reason used car salesman have a bad name. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this dealership. Clearly they are only concerned about their bottom line. Unsatisfied with my current brand of car I decided to look at the feasibility of getting into a Nissan truck. Much of the earlier communication was done via text and email because I live an hour away. look at the feasibility of getting into a Nissan truck. Much of the earlier communication was done via text and email because I live an hour away. Throughout the day the sales team and communicated, ran some numbers by the end of the day the deal did not seem feasible. At this point, I thanked the sales manager, let them know Nissan was my 1st choice but would be looking at and pursuing other options. Up to now, the dealership appeared to be acting in good faith, with a modicum of integrity and representing the Nissan band well. Unfortunately, that would not last long. I was in the process of finalizing a good deal on another truck when a sales representative from Nalley Nissan reached out and presented what would later be confirmed to be lies by the Sales Manager. I received a message on the original text chain about the trade value of my car. The new information presented “we use similar programs to apprise. Anything they can do we can to” This was referring to an incentive program from another dealership. This new information not only put my number 1 choice (Frontier) well within reach it would have given me more than $2,000 to put toward service contracts or optional upgrades. With no need or desire to pursue my 2nd choice I stope exploring other options and informed the other parties working on the 2nd choice truck I would not be moving forward with the pre-owned Colorado which was later sold. After many other texts pressuring me to drive the hour for a test drive, and many requests to see new deal sheets ignored or dismissed, I called the manager. This is when he confirmed what I was told were lies and no such incentive programs existed. In Summary Dealerships and sales teams representing your brand act with not integrity and lie to customers in hopes they will fall for the bait and switch technique. These Lies and lack of integrity cost me and likely other customers money. Dealership behaved immorally and used deceptive sales techniques. This behavior tarnishes brands. The Sales team acted depravity. This destroys customer loyalty. Dealer Info Nalley Nissan of Cumming 1310 Buford Hwy Cumming Ga 30041 678-909-1549 More
