My experience with Nissan of Cool Springs was the best that I've had with a dealership in a long time. I went to several places before I ended up at this dealership and the service was not great at all a that I've had with a dealership in a long time. I actually went on the website for Nissan of Cool Springs and found the vehicle that I wanted and the Internet Sales rep (Maria Jones) promptly responded to my request via email since I sent my request on Sunday. On Monday morning she gave me a call and we set up a time for me to see the vehicle. What I liked most about this dealership was the fact that there was not any pressure to purchase a vehicle. They were their to answer my questions but the final decision was mine. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Cool Springs to my family and friends.
