Knowing that people in the car sales business work with commissions and quotas often makes the process of getting a new car feel adversarial, but from the moment we first called the dealership it was clear commissions and quotas often makes the process of getting a new car feel adversarial, but from the moment we first called the dealership it was clear that Greg was going to do whatever he could to get us the deal that we needed so that we could have the car that we wanted. The fact that my overall perception of our experience is of Greg working for us--rather than strictly for his own benefit--speaks volumes, I think. We really felt as though he was truly there to help us. Throughout the purchase process at the dealership on the day of the sale, Greg was friendly and efficient and attentive to even our smallest needs, making our 10-year-old son feel welcome and offering a phone charger when my battery ran low. And his assistance didn't end when the papers were signed. He gladly took as much time as I needed acquainting us with the many features of our new LEAF. He also made it clear that we could feel free to call him any time with questions, no matter how small. I never felt for a moment as though he was ready to move on to the next customer, which I really appreciated. I look forward to the opportunity to recommend Greg (and the LEAF!) to my family and friends. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Isaac was able to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and was able to work with my current situation. I had a very pleasant experience at Cool Springs Nissan. Krista Patterson was very friendly and helpful. We asked a lot of questions about several vehicles new and used. Kyle's knowledge was especially helpful and Josh had a straight forward approach that was refreshing. The staff was good to work with in coming to an agreement that worked for all concerned. More

After being on a waiting list with another dealer, only to missed delivery dates and "sketchy communications", I found the exact model online, and "with Mack's dogged determination", we purchased the car via long-distance communication. He personally delivered (within 48 hours) - drove the car approx. 500 miles to me on a Sunday! Yes this was a "hard to find" model. Mack continues to follow up on small accessories, etc. His attitude was refreshing-helpful-and determined to satisfy. Yes I would and "will" recommend Mack and his dealership to any human on planet earth. And yes I absolutely love the Nissan vehicle. More

Doug Hammond was great to work with. Our first contact with him was thru the Costco sales program and internet. Doug was always friendly and straight up, no beating around the bush. He was available for q with him was thru the Costco sales program and internet. Doug was always friendly and straight up, no beating around the bush. He was available for questions via phone both before and after we pruchased the vehicle. He also stood by his word even when we ran into some issues with the finance person. I would recommend Doug to anyone and in fact already have. I rated our overall experience as good, not great, because of the finance scenario. From the time we arrived until we drove away was three hours and almost half that was with finance dept. issues (not the individual but the process). There was too much confusion and unneccessary things/issues to deal with. We would have loved to spend more time with Doug learning more about the vehicle. More
