I came to the Nissan of Cool Springs because of a friend's recommendation to look at the Murano and to decide if this car fit my needs. My son and I entered the showroom and were promptly greeted by friend's recommendation to look at the Murano and to decide if this car fit my needs. My son and I entered the showroom and were promptly greeted by Ralph Matchok and within a few minutes Ralph was able to locate Tom Murray whom I had come to see. We were treated cordially and respectfully and shown Muranos on the lot meeting the description of the car I wanted to see. Within a few hours I was able to find the car I wanted and purchased.
