Halli understood my situation and worked hard to make sure I got the car that I wanted and could afford. Steve, in the finance department, was very kind and also worked with me on the financing. New Vehicle Purchase Some confusion as to agreed upon sales price as i was given one price " out the door "by staff and then when ready to close the deal it was substantia Some confusion as to agreed upon sales price as i was given one price " out the door "by staff and then when ready to close the deal it was substantially higher but thanks to a saved phone message the issue was resolved and sale was completed. Would have liked to been informed about the extended warranty option , pre -payment for scheduled service option and the interior/exterior treatment option before arriving at the financial service officer to complete the deal as to have had a little more time to make a decision but overall not that big of a problem. suggest the keep fuel on the dealership premise so that once the deal is done we don't have to wait another 30 minutes for them to get fuel in the vehicle. consider shortening the whole process as it took 3.5 hours to buy one car. Did not receive an owners manual with new vehicle ! More
