Service went great. Checkout did not. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and so did about 4 more people. It moved smoothly until the gentleman in front of me attempted to use rewards points a I arrived to pick up my vehicle and so did about 4 more people. It moved smoothly until the gentleman in front of me attempted to use rewards points and some type of card that had $200 on it. The receptionist worked very hard to expedite and was very kind to the man and fulfilled his purchase even though he didn’t follow procedures. That held the rest of us up. It took me nearly 20-25 minutes to pay and get gone. Only suggestion - clarify for your customer how to use the rewards. I was able to check out in 1-2 minutes when I got up there which is totally acceptable. More

Was alright service expect for they stated I didn’t need windshield wipers and I needed new one on my passenger side cause it was falling apart. I never had issues with the older me they stated I didn’t need windshield wipers and I needed new one on my passenger side cause it was falling apart. I never had issues with the older men there, but the one working on it was very young and had his headphones in and made me think he wasn’t paying much attention to my car which upsets me. More
