Ryen was great to work with. He was very accomadating to me and my two small children. Even pushing the stroller and carrying around one of them for me. I think he is a very nice person and even though he is relatively new to sales will make a great salesman for the dealership. The management was also very straight forward with us and were very willing to work with us on price to get an amount to meet our needs. We are very pleased with the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan that we bought and would definately come to this dealership and work with Ryen again next time we have a need to purchase a car. THANK YOU!!! I bought a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country for cash. The sale went fine in the beginning. My husband and I were happy when we signed the contract and drove off of the lot. We were called back to the dealership, the reason given to us was that the computer made an error calculating our agreement. When we got there we were told that we owed more money. I was not happy about this as we had a signed agreement and the error was on the part of the dealership but we met in the middle and I wrote a second check. When we got home I found out that my van was not legal to drive. Verlyn had taken the plate off o my trade-in and put it on my new van. Kentucky does not allow plates to be transferred in this manner. I needed a temporary plate. I did not know this when we bought the van but I did expect that my salesperson would know whether or not a temporary plate was needed. I called Verlyn and asked him to overnight me a temporary plate so that I could drive the van. This was on Friday morning at 9:30. He told me he was putting it in the mail in 5 minutes. The plate did not arrive on Saturday so I called Verlyn and asked where the plate was. He said that he had no way to track it, that the plate came from the corporate office. (This was not what he told me on Friday morning). The plate did not arrive on Monday and I called multiple times and left several messages asking for a tracking number so that I would know where the plate was. I spoke to LeGrande and he told me that he would call me back in 10 minutes. This was at 9:30 am. He never called back and when I called at 12:00, I was told that he was out for the rest of the day. I left my name and number several times and no one called me back. On Tuesday morning, I called again, still trying to find out the tracking number. The receptionist, Katie Bell? was extremely helpful and when I told her why I was calling, she was able to connect me to the person at the main office who then gave me the tracking number. Your receptionist was able to do what your managers and salesperson wasn't...help the customer!!! I feel like I was purposefully neglected because I did not buy a Nissan and because I did not finance. Your dealership had no problem cashing my 2 checks! Sad that they both cleared the bank before I was able to legally drive my vehicle!! I definitely would NOT recommend this dealership. More
