In buying a new SUV, my wife and I were undecided between a Nissan, Kia, or Honda. We visited dealers with each brand to look and test drive. His product knowledge was the best we found on any of our visits, with absolutely no pressure. In short, he helped us make our decision on the Nissan Rogue. We sat down at home and decided exactly what we wanted in a Rogue, then worked with Seth by phone and e-mail, getting his best deal. I then shopped the same specs to 22 other Nissan dealers. NONE of them beat Seth's deal. During my experience with Nissan of Cookeville, I also had conversations with Gen Mgr Michael Rezi whom I have to highly commend. In the end, they did not have the Rogue that I wanted, but found exactly what I wanted and had it transferred in to Cookeville in one day. I was in the market for a newer/more reliable car. I had been surfing the net in my quest and came across a 2012 Nissan Altima located at Cookeville Nissan that I was interested in. Since Derrik had clients arrive just shortly before I got there, CHRIS KNOX took over and led me through one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. I have bought several new cars throughout the years and have always found the whole process a little un-nerving. However, between Chris’s patience and the professionalism of the Sales Mgr, Brady Bush, I left not only with a payment exactly within my budget but TWICE the car than I expected. I came there hoping to find something I liked----Instead I LEFT WITH THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!!! They listened when I told them what it was I really wanted and made it happen.
