I have purchased more than (30) new cars and this was my third new car purchase from Nissan of Cookeville. Although I visited and test drove numerous other SUVs of other makes and from other dealers, I was third new car purchase from Nissan of Cookeville. Nissan of Cookeville is a very low pressure dealer and treated me with utmost respect and courtesy. I received a very competitive price and the salesman (Ryen Osuch) along with Michael Brennon and Katie Gajewski did not waste my time or insult my intelligence. Purchasing a new car can be a stressful and painful experience. Nissan of Cookeville made it an enjoyable venture. Typical car dealer crap people hate. Didn't like our offer and then proceeded to berate us and make us justify it. All I needed to hear was that they didn't want to take the offer. Michael left in the offer and then proceeded to berate us and make us justify it. All I needed to hear was that they didn't want to take the offer. Michael left in the middle of the process and left us to Justin. Never saw or heard from Michael again. Bought a new 2012 car with 23 miles for about the same price than the slightly used 2011 model (2000 miles and a dented bumper) they were so proud of and called new. Watch these guys. More

We went in on Thursday night to test drive a Versa Hatchback. It was raining and Steve came right out and talked with us. I took a test drive and fell in love with the car. I was looking for a good used truck and got a call from Ryen Osuch that a truck that fit my exact needs had gone on sale. Unfortunately another salesman tried to horn in on the sale which made the transaction a little less pleasant than it would have been otherwise. Ryen has the makings of an excellent car salesman. He's polite, not high-pressure which is what women like in car salesman. We also like honesty and truthfulness. The car-buying process is difficult enough for us without being chased all over the lot like I was by the other salesman trying to force me to buy the truck I bought. I did learn a lesson though and a swift kick to the shins and a few well placed karate chops to the adams apple will get rid of all other salesmen except Ryen Osuch the next time I"m buying a vehicle at Nissan of Cookeville. I will certainly return there for my next car or truck. I did have a small problem with the tailgate and they made it right immediately at no charge, no questions asked. More
When we went to pick up the new pathfinder, James took time to go over everything about the new vehicle. I went into the dealership looking to buy a used car for my soon to be 16 year old daughter's first vehicle. After a few additional visits, we began looking at new vechicles and ended up purchasing a 2012 Altima with some of the extras that made the new driver very happy. There was no pressure applied during the process and I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank (and Brady) to close this deal. Frank was very professional and helpful from the beginning, and shared his knowledgeable and expertise as we considered our different options. He and Brady worked well to meet my expecatations and deliver an overall value package that was a win-win for both parties. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership also displayed a friendly and professional attitude, and went out of their way to make the experience pleasant for us. I would recommend this dealership to others. More
