I had some questions regarding warranty work and fully expected my requests to be turned down or have to battle it out to get the issues resolved. I was floored when they checked my car and said, "OK, we have ordered all of the parts. They should be here in 2 days." I have never experienced such consistent, exceptional service anywhere else. Derrek St. John did an outstanding job helping us find the car that was perfect for us. He took great pains to find out what was important to us so that he could lead us in the right direction.
