Nissan of Cookeville went beyond expectation ,When i first met Thomas at Nissan he did everything possible to make it the greatest sells experience possible , from providing the corect information on th first met Thomas at Nissan he did everything possible to make it the greatest sells experience possible , from providing the corect information on the car i was interested in all the way to delivering and presenting the features on the car i purchased ,he even introduced me to the service dept. manager and the GM and even the general sales manager Legrande smith whom im very good friends with , Legrande and i are friends from previous car buying experiences and he did everything possible to guarantee my satisfaction ,wow i didnt know what to think , I've never been treated and pampered like i was at Nissan of Cookeville , before driving a nissan i was sold on GM general motors ,not anymore!!!!! will i purchase threw Nissan of Cookeville again? well i have bought two cars in three months and many , many more to come in the future ! I have been searching for a vechile to replace the one I sold for a month. I visited all the other dealerships in the Cookeville, Sparta, and Livingston area and found myself returning to the Nissan dealers sold for a month. I visited all the other dealerships in the Cookeville, Sparta, and Livingston area and found myself returning to the Nissan dealership over and over. Bryce was patient and profesional as my wife and I "shopped" for just the right vechile for us. After we had tried several and decided on our Frontier the purchasing process was the best I had experienced. No hassle, no pressure, we felt like we were incharge of every part of the process. Bryce fully explained the features of the frontier and introduced me around the dealership including the service department. I got a great deal and expectations are high concerning my new vechile and the relationship we have started with everyone at the dealership. Everyone, Wayne and Justin from the business office, Bryce our product consultant, and Mike and Kirk in the service department, all leave me with a knowledge that we made the right choice.
