I chose Nissan of Cookeville because of an online deal they had on a fully loaded, 2012 used car. I live nearly 2hrs away but made the trip after speaking to Derrik St John. Since Derrik had clients arrive just shortly before I got there, CHRIS KNOX took over and led me through one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. I have bought several new cars throughout the years and have always found the whole process a little un-nerving. However, between Chris’s patience and the professionalism of the Sales Mgr, Brady Bush, I left not only with a payment exactly within my budget but TWICE the car than I expected. I came there hoping to find something I liked----Instead I LEFT WITH THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!!! They listened when I told them what it was I really wanted and made it happen.
