Without hesitation, Adam was the most professional and courteous sales representative I had ever had the pleasure of meeting. Adam maintained his professionalism and kindness in spite of an escalating argument that I was having with someone who brought me to the dealership. I made another appointment to return to purchase a vehicle alone. This is what service is really about, to see an escalating issue with a customer and remain calm and not get involved. Living in Murfreesboro there are several Nissan dealers close by, I had a deal work with one close by and saw the Sentra I like on the internet and figure it would be a nice drive up there and I wasn't go close by, I had a deal work with one close by and saw the Sentra I like on the internet and figure it would be a nice drive up there and I wasn't going to waste a lot of time, I met with Jeff Cummings and we talked and I like the car a lot but figure since this one had more options and a Sentra with a sunroof was hard to find we wouldn't deal... They came back with a price that blew every deal out of the water, I was floored.. This was new Sentra too.. So then comes finance and this is where I figure it would go south, sat down with Stephanie, nice lady didn't pressure me on any add on's at all not upset, had a few laughs and I walk out feeling great.. My 3rd Nissan and the first one here and I will be back... Great job Cookeville Nissan!!! More

My wife and I were in town visiting one of our kids at TTU and drove by the dealership; I had been thinking about trading a vehicle I use to drive back and forth to work and get something more utility ori TTU and drove by the dealership; I had been thinking about trading a vehicle I use to drive back and forth to work and get something more utility oriented and with updated safety equipment. I found a 2013 Frontier Pro4X with very low miles in the used vehicle lineup and asked to test drive it. The salesman (Derrek St.John) was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a friendly manner while helping us determine if the truck would be a good fit for our needs and lifestyle. The dealership was very clean and quite while folks were moving about conducting their business; distractions were minimal while we negotiated the sale. The negotiation process was simple and both the salesman and sales manager were respectful and clear about their requirements; we eventually came to an acceptable place and closed the deal. The atmosphere had to be the best part of the process and I attribute that to the warm welcome and friendly conversations I had with Derrek and Doug Mcdonald (Sales Manager). As a customer, I really appreciated the warm atmosphere created by Derrek and the professional sales process provided by Nissan of Cookeville. More
