My experience with Nissan of Cookeville and Chris Knox was fantastic!!! It was my son's first purchase and he was nervous. We visited many dealerships and continued to return to Chris at Nissan of Cookevi was fantastic!!! It was my son's first purchase and he was nervous. We visited many dealerships and continued to return to Chris at Nissan of Cookeville. My son had researched the vehicle and Chris was not pushy with him like the other dealerships. Chris took the time in detail to explain financing, details of the vehicle, showed him what the dealership had repaired upon the initial trade-in, answered his telephone calls prior to the purchase and made him feel at ease. Drove over 150 miles to trade. Searched on internet for vechile for my wife. Contacted by Jeff Cummings. I sent Jeff pictures of our vechile by phone. I didn't think they would even call back. Boy was I wr vechile for my wife. Contacted by Jeff Cummings. I sent Jeff pictures of our vechile by phone. I didn't think they would even call back. Boy was I wrong. We drove down from Virginia and traded. Drove new Nissan back. Will be doing buissness again. Price, service and everyone was so nice. I like that no one was twisting our arm and pressuring us. My husband and I bought a 2013 Nissan rogue from Matt Stafford over the weekend.
