My overall experience was GREAT! My family and I walked in unsure of what we wanted, but I left with my dream car. Niel made our experience a lot easier by staying positive and making our experience perso in unsure of what we wanted, but I left with my dream car. He was a great listener, because at the end of the day he provided me with a car that was meant to be mine! We stayed on budget and I could not be happier. The Nissan of Cookeville dealership was really easy to deal with. The pricing was great and the sales experience was unexpectedly pleasant! Scott Davenport was my salesman and was very courteous and ext deal with. The pricing was great and the sales experience was unexpectedly pleasant! Scott Davenport was my salesman and was very courteous and extremely helpful with my purchase of a 2014 Armada. I live 4 hours away from this dealership so I had to trust Scott when it came to information about the vehicle condition and bottom line pricing. Scott assured me that he did not want me to drive there and be disappointed and stated that everything would be as discussed - no gimmicks in the pricing (I was quoted an out the door price) and the condition and the features of the car would be as stated. Scott was true to his word because everything was as we had agreed upon. NO SURPRISES!! I always dread going through the new car buying process. But I have to say this was the best buying experience I have had. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a Nissan go to Nissan of Cookeville and ask for Scott Davenport. More
