Customer Service/Friendliness - I was greeted at the door by several folks, and the door was opened for me. Everyone I passed issued a welcome. Everyone was dressed professionally, and the dealership was clean and well organized. Quality of Work - Chris did an excellent job with the numbers and assuring they were correct. Overall experience - the "experience" I received when purchasing a car at Cookeville Nissan was much more streamlined than other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. There was a process in place to assure the "experience" did not take hours. Chris took the time to explain the options on my car by going thru the books that came with the car. I've never had that happen before. When I arrived, Chris was busy working another deal. He promptly got another salesman to go with me on a test drive while he finished up his previous deal, which saved time and shortened the process. Price - I got what I wanted for my trade, along with the financing I wanted as well. I will definitely do business again with Cookeville Nissan! More

Matt Stafford LISTENED to my needs and concerns. He was very patient spending most of his Saturday allowing me to explore my options with several different types of vehicles. Although he continuously encouraged the purchase of a Nissan vehicle, I truly feel he was looking out for my best interest rather than trying to fill his own piggy bank. He was very insightful about the various vehicles I test drove offering pros and cons based upon the needs I explained from the very beginning and I might add that my needs/wants changed throughout the day. After spending a significant amount of time with me and not making the sale, he allowed me to walk away without duress. Due to the professional manner in which he treated me, I assured him I would give him the chance to ultimately sell me a vehicle once I figured it all out. I held true to my word when I found a vehicle at another dealership and called Matt to also give him a chance at a sale. He maintained his integrity by alerting me to a problem with the particular model year I was considering from the other dealership without any guarantee still of a sale to me. I validated his claims through research of my own and was able to avoid a costly mistake. Ultimately, it was his genuine desire for me, the customer, to be happy that closed the deal. More
