Worth the drive! My wife and I drove from Chattanooga to purchase a car from Nissan of Cookeville. Local dealership was nice and friendly but they simply were not will My wife and I drove from Chattanooga to purchase a car from Nissan of Cookeville. Local dealership was nice and friendly but they simply were not willing to negotiate on a 2014 Rougue. We were not financing the vehicle and had no trade-in so I was extremely disappointed. I found this dealership had the vehicle I was looking for and called them to see what they would do. I ended up speaking with B.J. Sullivan and told him the deal I would like to make. After a couple of back and forth phone calls we agreed on a sales price. I gave the a deposit and they held the car for 2 days until we could pick it up. When we arrived, the car was detailed and ready for delivery. After a test drive to confirm the car was fine, we finished the paperwork and headed home. There were absolutely no surprises with the transaction or dealership. I gave them a 5 star rating because all of the employees were friendly and courteous, Mr. Sullivan offered outstanding service, and most importantly...they did what they said they would do. More
