AMAZING SERVICE!! I have been waffling on trading in my 2012 Focus for several months. My first car buying experience (and the service/dealership experience after) was horrible so I admit I was gun shy about going through the whole experience again. I have a trusted friend who had purchased a car from Cookeville Nissan at the same time I bought my Focus, and he had been working on me to trade in for a Nissan ever since.
