Great buying experience I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but my work schedule makes it very difficult for me to browse for cars in person. I had a good idea abou I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but my work schedule makes it very difficult for me to browse for cars in person. I had a good idea about what I was interested in, so I contacted Nissan of Cookeville and was connected with Micah Rowland. I told him what I was looking for, he quickly found it and we worked out a deal entirely over the phone. We made arrangements for pickup of the new vehicle, and when I arrived it was detailed and ready to go. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. I was in and out in less than an hour. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Micah was great to work with and even contacted me after the sale to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Nissan of Cookeville to anyone considering buying a vehicle. More

fine on the front end but nonexistent for customer service I had issues with my Nissan not starting and dealership would not call me back. Just took messages and then nothing. Also, I was not told about a disp I had issues with my Nissan not starting and dealership would not call me back. Just took messages and then nothing. Also, I was not told about a disposition fee of $395 at the time of signing lease. I was told by finance manager that if I didn't go over the miles and there was no significant wear then the only thing I might pay for would be routine items such as wiper blades. Never mentioned disposition fee. I turned the car in one month early with 2000 miles left on lease and still got billed $395 plus tax. I called nissan and was told it doesn't matter what the finance manager said and I'm responsible for this payment. Not happy. More

Very Satisfied Pete Baymiller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my car buying process. I went in this morning and just wanted to test drive a vehicle, Pete Baymiller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my car buying process. I went in this morning and just wanted to test drive a vehicle, but I ended up going home with a Pathfinder in about two hours flat. I have been in the market for a while for a new car for our large family, but have been on the fence with make and model. I never felt pressured with Pete. The Pathfinder sold itself. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. I give him 5 stars, and I will highly recommend his services to my friends and family. Thanks, Pete! More
