Best car buying experience Last month we found ourselves in the market for a new car, and in a week I had discovered the 2015 Nissan Murano. Living in Knoxville, we had many Nissan dealers to choose from. After searching online inventories within 100 miles, I found Micah Rowland at Nissan of Cookville to be a top notch, friendly, not too pushy, answered all my questions sales rep. One day I got an email entitled "Perfect Fit!" with a personal video of a 2015 Murano from Micah. He knew I wasn't going to travel 100 miles to look at just anything, and went way above and beyond to show me a vehicle that fit my price range and list of 'must have's' with some additional bonus features. We worked out the financial piece of the deal via email and phone, and within a week of knowing I wanted a Murano, I came home with the "Perfect Fit".
