3rd Nissan bought I was on the hunt for what I thought was the impossible Murano. After looking for over 9 months, the exact one showed up at Nissan of Cookeville. Aft I was on the hunt for what I thought was the impossible Murano. After looking for over 9 months, the exact one showed up at Nissan of Cookeville. After talking with Seth Wells on the phone about the vehicle and setting up an appointment, we drove the 80 miles to the dealership. I was quite impressed with how clean and well laid out it was. We were introduced to Kristi Lewis who showed us to the vehicle. Having driven an older Murano for the past 5 years, Kristi knew more about the vehicle than I did and with so many Nissans on the lot to learn, I was impressed with all the small details she pointed out. The whole process went very smoothly and I actually enjoyed the negotiation with Travis Winston. He was extremely fair and we made a deal. I'm in love with my new Murano and want to say thank you to everyone that was involved in this experience. More

Honesty and Integrity I drove all the way from Strawberry Plains to make a deal with this dealership and I'm glad I did. There was only one car in the east Tennessee area t I drove all the way from Strawberry Plains to make a deal with this dealership and I'm glad I did. There was only one car in the east Tennessee area that had the options that I wanted and it was at this dealership. My thanks to Jeff Harrison and Jeff Cummings for working to get me a deal that came in under budget. To my surprise Mr. Cummings found another discount after I had cut a check, I gladly had to cut another check that saved me hundreds of dollars. I'm sure most other dealerships would have never said a word and kept the profit. They detailed the car and filled up the gas tank before we left and took time to explain all the features that came with the car.My wife had a lot of questions and Mr. Harrison was a very understanding man and knew his product well. Honesty and Integrity must be at the top of the dealership's mission statement. More
