Management worked with us on pricing and trade-ins, and Stephanie in Finance worked up three different finance packages without us asking, walked us through them and showed us the one that would be best for us, even though the other two would have been better for the dealership. We ended up going with one that had an 2 year extended warranty instead. We have had two Frontiers and now a Titan. Great vehicles! More

Fast, Friendly, and 100% Pain Free We owned a 2013 Pathfinder Platinum and have absolutley loved it. No issuses whatsoever so naturally when it reached higher mileage, we went straight We owned a 2013 Pathfinder Platinum and have absolutley loved it. No issuses whatsoever so naturally when it reached higher mileage, we went straight back to Nissan. We drove through the lot on a Sunday just to window shop (actually agreed not to get out of the vehicle lol) and happened to run into Brandon on the lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and ended up spending about 2 hours with us grabbing keys to show us different models and packages to fit our exact needs. He kept saying, "don't focus on the price as much right now guys, let's find what's good for you and what you want and I'll find it at the right price, that's my job". It really set us at ease and made us feel like he was really working for us. When we decided on the 2017 Pathfinder, he worked hard and was even ready to go out of state to get the specific interior package we wanted. The best part by far was the closing. Brandon walked in, crunched some numbers, gave us a great price and then fought to get us an extra $1,000 for our trade in! Finance was a breeze with Stephanie, who was super nice and explained all the extras and did the credit check. She took time to explain the credit rating and all the items on the report she had (basically a free credit report from an expert) We can't thank her enough for her honesty and recommendations on packages and warranties. She knows her business forwards and backwards for sure. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and Brandon was even able to save us some money after the deal was done! (Getting us set up with rentals as work requires a lot of travel) All we can say is that it was the best car buying experience you could ask for and we will definitely be returning to Cookeville Nissan to see Brandon Ward for anything related to vehicles! We would rate the people that we dealt with at 6.7 stars out of 5. More
