We always do business with Jeff because he makes sure his customers are very happy when they walk away with their new vehicle. And Nissan of Cookeville works hard to get the customer in the vehicle they want at the price and payment they want. Most other Dealerships are only looking to take care of themselves. Derrick St. John, arranged for the tinting of windows of our new car,& said a loaner car would be available to us while the service was being done. On the day of service, we were early for our appointment time, as we had stopped in another town to do an errand on the way to the dealership. Derrick stepped right in, in his professional & efficient manner and took care of us. We appreciate the work of those behind the scenes who made our loaner car available. The help of the receptionist when we turned the loaner back in is also appreciated. Once again, we received excellent friendly service and care at Nissan of Cookeville...Thank-you Derrick! More
